Before completing your reservation, we recommend paying particular attention to the choice of dates, sector and beach spot. The reference points are the streets perpendicular to the beach establishment.

BOOKING METHODS

You may choose to book by registering (creating an account) or as a guest.

Attention! Remember to request the voucher from your agency or landlord if the apartment includes a beach spot; otherwise continue by entering the dates in the booking without voucher section.

Guests with disabilities who use a wheelchair for mobility may request reservation of a beach spot through their tour operator (agency, hotel, private landlord). The outermost umbrella, the first along the walkway, will be assigned. Beach staff will arrange an additional access lane and a dedicated space at the assigned spot.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE BOOKING

Online reservations cannot be cancelled and/or modified.

No refunds will be issued for amounts paid.

Changes to the reserved beach spot may only be made at the beach ticket offices starting from 14 May, at a cost of € 5.00.

Sectors with 1 sunbed and 1 deck chair: DELFINO B, ZENITH C+D, CORSO DEL SOLE A+B, AURIGA, MAJA, FIRMAMENTO, ACQUARIO B, SAGITTARIO B, ARIETE B, TERME 3, ADRIATICO A, VIVALDI A, POSTO AL SOLE B, C.

Sectors with 2 sunbeds: CANNELLE B, LIDO DEL FARO A-B, REGOLO A, ZENITH F, CORSO DEL SOLE D, ACQUARIO D, SAGITTARIO A, F and G, ARIETE A and D, TERME 1, TERME 2, ADRIATICO B-C-D-F-G, VIVALDI B and D, MASCAGNI, BOSCO CANORO.

Sectors with 2 sunbeds and 1 deck chair: DELFINO C, ACQUARIO A, PINEDA A and PINEDA B, POSTO AL SOLE D, LEONE, SCORPIONE, GEMELLI, BILANCIA, INTERNAZIONALE A e B.

Sectors with 2 sunbeds XL and 1 deck chair: OASI SAN GIORGIO EST, OASI SAN GIORGIO OVEST.

Any additional equipment cannot be added to the online reservation but must be requested on the day of arrival directly at the relevant beach office, with a maximum of 1 supplement per beach spot. No supplements are assigned in sectors where beach spots are already equipped with three seats.

PAYMENT

Online purchases may only be made by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the Worldline payment gateway.

Secure connection with Worldline is guaranteed by SSL-protected data exchange with 128-bit encryption.

Beach spot reservations are not permitted for persons under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use our services, including booking, only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

ONLY FOR BOOKINGS WITH VOUCHER

The voucher entitles the holder to assignment of a beach spot from the 4th row onwards without surcharge; for the 1st row a surcharge of € 49.00 per week is required, for the 2nd row € 44.00 per week and for the 3rd row € 37.00 per week.

For the side walkways in the front sector, a surcharge of € 17.50 per week is required; for the side walkways in the rear sector, a surcharge of € 7.00 per week is required.

Only for spots in sectors DELFINO C and UN NUOVO POSTO AL SOLE D: from the 4th row onwards a surcharge of € 20.00 per week is required (for the first 3 rows the weekly surcharge is: € 49.00 for the 1st row, € 44.00 for the 2nd row and € 37.00 for the 3rd row).

In sectors ADRIATICO D – BOSCO CANORO A: for the 1st row a surcharge of € 60.00 per week is required, for the 2nd row € 55.00 per week, for the 3rd row € 46.00 per week and from the 4th row onwards € 20.00 per week (€ 97.00 for gazebos).

Gazebo areas are located in sectors POSTO AL SOLE B, VIVALDI B, BOSCO CANORO A and PINEDA A.

Each gazebo is equipped with 4 seats. The surcharge for gazebos is € 131.00 per week in the 1st row, € 119.00 per week in the 2nd row and € 97.00 per week from the 3rd row onwards.

All prices shown in the booking portal include VAT.

AT THE BEACH

Once the reservation has been completed, the customer may access the reserved spot directly without going through the ticket office.

Attention! The customer must keep at the beach spot the documentation proving the right to use the beach services (order confirmation and commercial receipt) and be able to present it upon request by authorized company staff.

If the customer is unable to print the documentation, it may be shown in digital format directly from their device to the staff in charge.
