Accessibility statement
Bibione Spiaggia Srl is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with Italian Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.
This accessibility statement applies to the website: www.bibionespiaggia.com
Bibione Spiaggia Srl has invested resources to make its website easier to use and more accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We firmly believe that it is a collective moral duty to ensure that anyone can access information, products, or services without encountering obstacles or barriers, so that everyone can live with dignity, equality, and independence.
Bibione Spiaggia Srl continues its efforts to remove any possible digital barriers on its website and to constantly improve the accessibility of its digital services, also through the UserWay PRO accessibility widget: a tool that, thanks in part to Artificial Intelligence, allows users to adapt and improve their browsing experience according to their needs.
Enabling the Accessibility Menu
The use of the accessibility widget is completely free for website users and helps improve the site’s compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
UserWay PRO provides multiple features to enhance website accessibility and user experience through a dedicated panel that can be opened by clicking the widget icon or by using the keyboard shortcut CTRL+U, as listed below.
Screen Reader: reads aloud all page content without requiring the installation of external software.
Dictionary: allows users to consult dictionaries without leaving the website; particularly useful for people with cognitive disabilities, non-native English speakers, and others.
Larger Text: increases text size on the screen with four different levels of magnification, making all content more readable.
Saturation: adjusts website color intensity to high, low, or grayscale.
Contrast: inverts website colors or switches between light and dark contrast modes.
Smart Contrast: ensures that all site colors comply with ADA standards, improving content visibility.
Highlight Links: emphasizes links, buttons, and interactive elements with high-contrast colors to make them easier to identify and use.
Stop Animations: pauses moving or auto-updating content that may hinder accessibility, including flashing elements that could trigger seizures in sensitive individuals.
Text Spacing: adjusts letter and line spacing to improve readability for dyslexic and visually impaired users, offering three levels of customization.
Line Height: increases line spacing across the site for more comfortable reading.
Text Alignment: allows users to align text left, right, or center for a more personalized reading experience.
Dyslexia-Friendly Font: the “UserWay Dyslexia Friendly” font improves readability for users with dyslexia.
Large Cursor: increases cursor size by 400% to make navigation easier and more visible.
Hints: displays alternative text and ARIA labels when hovering over elements; these hints are high-contrast and easy to read.
Page Structure: reveals page headings, landmarks, and links in a clear, structured, and easily navigable format.
In addition to user-activated features, the UserWay PRO widget can automatically detect and correct many accessibility issues in real time without modifying the website’s source code—only what appears in the browser. This makes the site more usable for all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies.
This accessibility statement considers all issues corrected by the UserWay PRO widget as resolved, since these adjustments meet current legal success criteria. As a result, the website provides accessible information to users with disabilities.
