RULES FOR THE USE OF THE HOT TUBS – OASI LIDO SAN GIORGIO WEST AREA

Art. 1 – Service

The use of the hot tubs is a service provided free of charge by Bibione Spiaggia S.r.l. to customers who hire a gazebo within the Oasi Lido San Giorgio.

Art. 2 – Opening hours

The hot tubs are open every day, approximately from 10.00 to 18.00.

Art. 3 – Suspension of the service

Access to the hot tubs may be suspended or prohibited for reasons relating to weather conditions, maintenance work or unavoidable organisational and management requirements of the Management.

Art. 4 – Access to the pools

Access to the hot tubs is permitted exclusively to guests who have booked a gazebo within the Oasi Lido San Giorgio and who are wearing the designated identification wristband provided upon purchase of their admission ticket (in the case of an online booking, the wristband must be requested at the ticket office).

Art. 5 – Rules for access to the gazebo

A maximum of 5 people are permitted in each gazebo. Please remember to bring a copy of your booking with you.

Art. 6 – Identification wristbands

Wristbands are issued in a number corresponding to the number of occupants in the gazebo. The wristband is personal, non-transferable and must be worn at all times whilst in the area.

Art. 7 – Children

Children under the age of 10 are only permitted to use the hot tubs if accompanied and constantly supervised by their parents or a responsible family member.

Art. 8 – Health and hygiene regulations

To ensure the hygiene, safety and well-being of all guests:

• it is compulsory to shower before entering the hot tubs;
• it is forbidden to bring food, drinks, bottles or glass containers into the hot tubs;
• it is forbidden to use the hot tubs in an unhygienic manner or in a way that may cause disturbance or harm to other users;
• guests must comply with the instructions of the staff.

 

Art. 9 – Liability

Bibione Spiaggia S.r.l. accepts no liability for damage to persons or property resulting from the improper use of the hot tubs, failure to comply with these regulations, or behaviour that is reckless, negligent or otherwise attributable to users.

Parents, carers or other responsible adults are required to supervise minors in the area at all times, assuming full responsibility for them.

The hot tubs are not supervised by lifeguards.

Art. 10 – Rules of conduct

Guests are required to comply with these regulations and to follow the instructions of the security staff, who are authorised to remove from the Oasi Lido San Giorgio anyone who fails to comply with these provisions or behaves in a manner incompatible with the proper use of the hot tubs and the area.
