MARINA DOG BEACH REGULATIONS

Art. 1 – Access to the Facility

Access to Marina Dog Beach is permitted exclusively to dogs accompanied by their owner or by another adult person responsible for their custody.

By purchasing an admission ticket and entering the facility, the owner or handler declares under their own responsibility:

• that the dog is identified by microchip and registered in the Canine Registry, where required by applicable legislation;
• that the animal has undergone the health prophylaxis measures required by law and the vaccinations recommended by a veterinarian;
• that the animal is in good health and does not suffer from infectious, contagious diseases or parasitic infestations that may pose a risk to people or animals;
• that the dog has behavioral characteristics compatible with staying in public places and with the presence of other dogs and people.

Art. 2 – Animal Custody, Control and Owner Responsibility

The owner or handler is solely responsible for the behavior of their dog and must keep it under constant supervision for the entire duration of their stay at the facility.

It is strictly forbidden to leave the dog unattended or without the presence of its owner or handler, even for short periods.

The dog must always be kept on the leash provided by Marina Dog staff and properly secured to the designated hooks located at the base of the assigned beach umbrella.

Art. 3 – Hygiene and Cleanliness

Dog owners or handlers are required to immediately collect any solid waste produced by their animal and dispose of it in the designated containers available within the facility.

Any liquid waste must be diluted and cleaned using the water provided by the facility.

Art. 4 – Prohibition of Access to the Water

Dogs are not allowed to enter the sea, even when accompanied. However, they may stay and move freely within the beach area located between the umbrella zone and the beginning of the shoreline.

Art. 5 – Access, Transit and Circulation Limits

Entry to and exit from Marina Dog Beach must take place exclusively through the routes specifically designated and marked by the facility.

It is forbidden to use the shoreline as a transit route to reach or access other beach establishments or areas outside the Marina Dog concession area.

Art. 6 – Safety and Coexistence

Each beach station may be occupied by a maximum of 4 people and 2 dogs. Marina Dog staff manages the allocation of beach umbrellas and reserves the right to make any relocations deemed necessary to ensure service quality.

To guarantee the safety of all guests, dog owners or handlers must always maintain an adequate distance from other dogs.

Should a dog display aggressive, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior incompatible with the safety and well-being of guests, staff may require the immediate adoption of appropriate measures (such as changing location) or, in more serious cases, order the removal of the animal and its accompanying person from the facility.

Games or activities that may disturb dogs are prohibited within the establishment.

Art. 7 – Opening Hours and Protection of Facilities

Marina Dog Beach will observe the following opening hours:

• from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM until Sunday, September 6
• from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday, September 7 to Sunday, September 20

Guests are required to use all equipment, furnishings and services provided by Marina Dog properly and to return any equipment supplied to them at the end of their daily stay.

Art. 8 – Acceptance of the Regulations – Disciplinary Measures

Marina Dog staff reserves the right to warn, suspend or immediately remove from the facility any guest who fails to comply with these regulations or who engages in behavior likely to cause disturbance, danger or inconvenience to other guests, dogs present, or the proper operation of activities.

Removal due to violation of these regulations shall not entitle the guest to any refund, either full or partial, of amounts paid for admission or for any services purchased.

Entry to the facility implies full knowledge and complete acceptance of all provisions contained in these regulations.
